Hi New England Sheds Staff,

From the time I first made contact with New England Sheds to delivery was under two months. The staff was always available by phone or e-mail.
I had a lot of criteria that needed to be met such as matching the siding on my house. In my search for the right company, I found that no other offered such a wide variety of choices.
I sent photos of my house and when my shed arrived, it matched my siding and the type and color of the roofing shingles. I was delighted.
Upon delivery, I was amazed. Not only did the owner of the company supervise the delivery but everything that I asked for was met and then some. The shed was well beyond my expectations.
I was also impressed by the delivery team. I had a tight squeeze into my backyard; yet they did it in such a short period of time with such innovative equipment that I had a lot of fun just watching them set on my site.
I also must speak to the attitude of the team. In spite of the difficulty in moving the shed into my yard, everyone of them made an effort to keep my trees and plantings unharmed. All of the staff was in good cheer and so friendly that I felt like I was getting the type of customer service that I had thought no longer existed.
